The site is information, not an agreement

Everything published here — product descriptions, specifications, materials, spans, price ranges, project timelines, warranty summaries, and process descriptions — is general information to help you decide whether to have a conversation with us. It is not an offer, not a quote, and not a contract, and it does not bind NorthStar.

Details change. Products are revised, manufacturers change their lines, building code requirements are updated, material costs move, and a page here may not be corrected the moment any of that happens. Treat what you read as a description of the kind of work we do, not as a specification of the work we will do for you.

Your project is governed by the written proposal and contract signed by you and Northstar Aluminum LLC, together with the engineered drawings, permits, and warranty documents issued for it. Where anything on this website differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. It supersedes this site completely, and nothing here adds to, subtracts from, or reinterprets it.

Prices and timelines

Price ranges on this site are drawn from past projects and are published so you can tell early whether the work is in your range. They are illustrative. The only number that means anything for your project is the one on a written quote issued after a design consultation, and that quote governs once you accept it.

Timelines work the same way. Permitting is controlled by the county, not by us, and weather, inspection scheduling, and material availability all move real dates. Any duration on this site is a typical case, not a commitment.

Warranties

Warranty terms described on this site are summaries. The warranties that actually apply to your project are the ones in the warranty documents and contract you receive, including any manufacturer warranty passed through on products we install. Where a summary here and an issued warranty document disagree, the issued document governs.

Licensing

NorthStar holds Florida certified general contractor license #CGC1538555. You can and should verify it independently at myfloridalicense.com. The license statement on this site is informational and is not a warranty of any particular result on your project.

Photographs and project examples

Photographs on this site illustrate the kind of outdoor structures we build. They are examples, not a catalog of available configurations, and your project's design, materials, dimensions, and finish will differ from anything pictured here.

Brands and trademarks

Product and company names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the materials and systems we install. Naming a brand is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or authorization beyond what the text explicitly states.

Content ownership

The text, photographs, drawings, and design of this site belong to NorthStar or are used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking.

The site itself

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page is current, error-free, or reachable at any given moment. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, NorthStar is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from reliance on information published here — which is the same point as the second section, stated the way lawyers state it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. The terms in force are the ones published here at the time you use the site.
