A motorized screen wall closes the lanai against sun, rain, and insects, then retracts out of sight when you want the view back. Hurricane-rated systems hold the opening when a storm comes. Every structure is engineered per parcel to the Florida Building Code wind loads for the coast — 125 mph and up. Not one has failed. Sealed drawings back the design, and the permit and inspection records back the build.
